The tranquility of nothingness

What is a redemption without salvation. What is a soverignity without independance. What is nothingness without somethingness.
Nothingness cannot exist if there isn't ^ some thing ^ to mark that this thingness denotes no-thing-ness. Tranquility is in our heads and nothingness - there is no such notion.
